Kid Dayz

So much has been happening this summer I barely get around to blogging it. But I want to. I want to remember my time with my kids. So here are some activities that have been keeping us busy. In no particular order :)

Bouncy House Fun at Mema's

Leaving for UCLA Law. It was a horribly bittersweet time. Excited for him. So sad for us and for our kids. They have really grown attached to him in the last few years, us too.  It was the worst when he said "Dont' think for a minute it's easy for me to leave. I feel like I'm leaving my own kids" Makes me tear up.

               Mom Mom took the kids to the Elmwood Park Zoo. Pony rides were a....hit?

 Notice the massive amounts of blue in our outfits. Not planned. Not noticed until I took this pic. Guess I was feeling that color that day. Happen to anyone else? You get dressed, then you get your daughter, kids dressed, only to notice you all are wearing the same thing? Stripes, colors, what have you...

 Many days at the lake swimming. Not just boating. So relaxing and slow paced. I love being here!

 Many walks around the neighborhood. Bryer loves it. Sadie loves it. Mommy loves it. Even in the 99 degree heat. (lies)
