We went out for dinner
To see a new movie
But it was a disaster
We got nowhere quickly
Our food never came
We waited and waited...
An hour or so later
It arrived, we were elated!
But wait, what is this?
It's not the right food
Every thing's messed up
Putting us in a foul mood
We left in a huff
Trying not to be angry
But the movie was long gone
And our bellies were hungry
Back home we went
With take out in hand
To watch a dvd
A change in our plans
The moral of the story
At home you should stay
Don't make plans to go out
On Valentine's Day!
