Finally we got outside for a good bit!! Ahhhh, it felt so good. No chilly air, no snow, no rain, just beautiful sunshine on our white little faces and a breath of fresh air in our dusty lungs. Loved it! Sadie has always always loved being outside since she was born, and Bryer is definitely following in his big sister's footsteps. He was as a happy as a newborn babe (although my newborn babes were never happy, lol)...the whole time we were outside. But boy did he cry when it was time to go in. I wonder how long he would stay out if I let him.
I have to say he is becoming stubborn. He took his first step about three weeks ago...and still isn't walking yet. He's up to about 5 steps on average, he's done a few long strides, like ten steps in a row; but just not interested anymore in walking. What? Not to compare, but to compare.... Sadie was walking one month after she took her first step. Bryer is starting to crawl to me when I am try to get him to walk. It's like he gave up, lol. I hate when babies crawl outside. Their knees get all beat up and the pants, oh the pants, that's what really gets me; destroying the cute, money eating pants I buy for them. Sigh. Come on Bryer, practice makes perfect!
I'm also looking for some tips here. What to do with Bryer's hair? How do I cut it?? I can't imagine him sitting still for a haircut from a professional, let alone from me. I know, I know, Mom haircuts are the best, but I can't. I have no idea how to cut boy hair. Just ask Jer. I tried a few times on him years ago and I think he had deep regrets about it, lol.

Let it grow grow grow. I love boys with long curly locks.
