30 on 30

30 years ago today little Brett was cut out of his mother's belly and blessed this world with his presence :) To celebrate we went out on the town!
It was the most fun we have had in a long time....a whole day without the kids??? Unheard of!
We went to the Walnut Street Theatre and saw the best play to date. It was a funny murder mystery...I loved it! Brett fell asleep through part of it, hum, getting old and tired?? Then Brett drove me through his old neighborhood that he grew up in. Showing me all of his old hotspots. It was a good old time....how many times can I put "old" into this post ;
Then we hustled over to the Philly casino where Brett taught me how to play craps. We one $100 before I wanted to quit while we were ahead...I did an awesome job rolling the dice while Brett made the bets. What team work :)
We ate at Chicky Pete's in the casino. The Philly's were on and everyone was cheering and Brett and I were snuggling up in a booth..it was awesome!

I'd have to say the best gift of the night...for me...was the kids slept in till 8:30!! What? That is unheard of...thanks to Brett's mom for watching them and putting a magic sleep spell on them. She put one on herself too..she was snoring on the couch when we came home!
